Mohammed MENGOUCHI
Pioneer Aerospace Private Training in Morocco.
Mohammed MENGOUCHI has already proven itself in the private training for careers in aviation . Precursor of the sector, it spares no effort to develop the skills of crews . MENGOUCHI pursued studies in professional pilot and aviation institute Amaury barn (IAAG ) in France , and got the license Professional Pilot and Line at the National School of Civil Aviation (ENAC ) in Toulouse . In addition, he was able to get licenses, particularly in Canada and the United States.
Although he spent more than 30 years between Europe and the Americas, Morocco’s image remained etched in the minds of the avid aviation, which eventually return to the country in 1992. Then he launched into the adventure , creating the CFPNC Group (training center of cabin crew ) in 1992 which is the first private group for the training of cabin crew in Africa ( Stewardess – Steward ) .
Consistent with this, the Academy IATC (International Aero Training Center ) was founded in 2010. Center based at the airport Benslimane wants to be the first private training center in Morocco specialized in training flight crew ( pilot line). “Our group is unique in offering training high-level steering in Morocco and Africa. ”
Mohammed MENGOUCHI is successful Moroccan example of the second and third generation expatriates abroad who fully assume their role in contributing to economic and social development of their countries of origin .
Response to a real need for PNC and the strong demand for recruiting stewardesses and stewards of Moroccans in the Middle East and the Gulf , Mohammed takes MENGOUCHI in 1992 , the initiative to create the first school training of cabin crew ( ( air Hostess – Steward ) ) flap . Then he develops new centers in several cities of the kingdom and abroad , particularly in Tunisia , Senegal, France and Canada.
The Group today CFPNC In 12 centers spread over 3 continents. “At the beginning of the adventure , it took me a dreamer , but finally I confirmed so hard that my idea was realistic , since I launched several centers around the world, have been sanctioned by success, recognized by all experts in the field , ” proudly affirms our actor.
The CFPNC Group currently trains more than 1,200 stewards and stewardesses per year in different centers. In addition, it contributes to the growth of employment in Morocco and the rest in other African countries , Gulf countries etc. ….
Indeed, it provides annual recruiting Air hostesses – Stewards of various nationalities , which are inserted in several international airlines such as Royal Air Morocco , JetAirFly , Saudia Airlines, Air Arabia, Gulf Air , Emirates and Qatar Airways which the Group is the Official Partner for recruiting air hostesses – Stewards , Agents of call, Home Agents …
MENGOUCHI Mohammed explains : “Our group represents several airlines in the Gulf , Middle East and sub-Saharan Africa, in line with their needs for the selection and recruitment of staff .” The PNC can perform on board , at airports or in the duty free . “We only offer a high level of training in Morocco and Africa
